The National Authorities of the Interreg V-A Spain-Portugal Program (POCTEP), which are the Directorate General for European Funds of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of Spain and the Agência para o Desenvolvimento e Coesão, I.P. – ADC of Portugal, have committed to making their websites accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector.
This declaration applies to the website: https://poctep.eu/
Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to non-compliance with the following aspects.
Content not accessible
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- Non-compliance with RD 1112/2018
- There may be occasional editing issues on some of the web pages, both in HTML content and final documents (PDFs, etc.), published after September 20, 2018 (the date of entry into force of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7).
- The first link does not allow direct navigation to the main content
- 16 color combinations were found where the contrast ratio is below the minimum allowed by the WCAG, i.e., 3:1 for large text and 4.5:1 for normal text
- There are 38 HTML errors: HTML errors are one of the causes why web pages may be displayed inconsistently in different browsers. Following a specification and validating the syntax according to that specification promotes consistency and correct interpretation by technologies, especially Assistive Technologies.
- Missing “lang” attribute: HTML barely uses the “lang” attribute. XHTML 1.1 barely allows “xml:lang”. XHTML 1.0 (as a transition measure) allows both attributes. XHTML served as text/html uses the “lang” and “xml:lang” attributes in the HTML element.
Disproportionate burden
Not applicable.
Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation
There are office files in PDF or other formats published before September 20, 2018, that do not fully comply with all accessibility requirements.
Preparation of this accessibility declaration
This declaration was prepared on September 18, 2020.
The method used to prepare the declaration was a self-assessment carried out by the organization itself, using online tools that apply the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). This self-assessment was conducted on the Chrome browser with the Windows 10 Pro operating system.
Last revision of the declaration: March 25, 2022.
