Data Controller and Register of Processing Activities
The personal data will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity of the Interreg Spain-Portugal Programme (POCTEP) 2014-2020. The updated list of processing activities carried out by the Directorate-General for European Funds and the Agency for Development and Cohesion, I.P. – ADC is published in the Register of Processing Activities (RAT) of Spain and in the Register of Processing Activities of Portugal.

The purpose and categories of personal data processed corresponding to each of the processing activities carried out within the framework of the Interreg Spain-Portugal Programme (POCTEP) are accessible in the Register of Processing Activities (RAT).
Legitimation or legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Authorities of the Interreg Spain-Portugal Programme (POCTEP) for the fulfilment of legal obligations, for the fulfilment of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred upon it, as well as in the case in which the purpose of the processing may require your consent, which must be given by means of a clear and unambiguous affirmative action.

Data retention
The personal data processed will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, as well as to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from the same, in addition to the periods established in the legislation on archives and documentation.
