CALS FOR PROJECTS
The Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) 2021-2027 program approves cross-border cooperation projects within the framework of project calls. The general calendar, which takes into account the different priorities and specific objectives of the Program, is as follows:

What minimum requirements must the projects meet?
Cross-border cooperationProjects must have a cross-border character and impact.Mandatory cooperation criteria (joint development, common staff, etc.).
Beneficiary entitiesAt least 2 beneficiary entities, one from each state (except AECT, etc.).Headquarters in the eligible territory (exceptions apply).Private entities / SMEs can participate, but cannot be the Lead Beneficiary.
ProjectsCompatible with national and EU policies and the Charter of Fundamental Rights.Contribution to environmental achievements and objectives.
